In the Alfen shop, customers can easily choose from a carefully curated range. Using the Product Configurator (PCF), they can step-by-step compose their ideal product, including all options, extensions, and materials. Once the order is completed, it automatically creates an order in Isah.

A major advantage is that customers can track the status of their order in real-time. All product information, configuration rules, prices, and order statuses come directly from Isah and are enriched in the shop with additional customer-specific information. The shop runs securely and reliably in the Microsoft Azure cloud. This enables Alfen to offer customers a stable, fast, and modern ordering experience. Every order is automatically registered and processed in Isah, ensuring a streamlined process and maximum transparency.

With this solution, Alfen not only makes it easier for customers to place orders but also to keep full insight into their orders — from request to delivery.

To further support its global dealer network, Tobroco-Giant, together with Tambien, developed an innovative Dealer Portal. The strength of this platform? Full integration with Isah ERP Software and the Windchill CAD system.

In the Dealer Portal, dealers can easily configure machines using the user-friendly product configurator. Step by step, they select the desired models, options, and accessories. Once an order is completed, it is automatically recorded in Isah ERP Software.

Dealers have real-time insight into their sales orders, service notifications, warranty requests, and spare parts orders. All product data, customer information, and order statuses are pulled directly from Isah, ensuring everyone always works with up-to-date information.

Spare parts management is also cleverly organized. Through the portal, parts books are available both online and offline. The information in the parts books is automatically compiled from Isah data and technical drawings from Windchill, giving dealers access to the correct parts information anytime, anywhere. Parts can be ordered directly from the parts book.

For De Cromvoirtse, an online ordering portal has been developed that integrates seamlessly with Ridder IQ. Customers work in their own environment with up-to-date prices, stock levels, and order statuses pulled directly from the ERP. Orders are automatically created and processed in Ridder IQ — without duplicate work.

- Upload assemblies in one go: The portal automatically splits parts, fills in quantities, and recognizes operations (laser cutting, tube laser, waterjet, press brake).
